Very happy with my experience and purchase at Kelly Infiniti. The team was accommodating, knowledgeable and supportive. From the minute I walked in a felt welcomed. The front desk staff were nice and friendly and placed me with a great sales rep. This was my first car purchase and my sales rep Nico was incredibly patient with me and all of my question. I appreciate the time spent by both sales and finance and will be sure to recommend the dealership to friend and family!
Jelly Infiniti offers great customer service, from the front desk personnel to the service are. I always have the need to go back to Kelly because just like they say it “We make it easy” their staff is very helpful and already willing to go that extra mile to help the customer. Would definitely recommend to any Infiniti owners or if you plan on getting a new car visit them!!!
Service department is exceptional. Matt, my service manager goes above and beyond, to make sure that I understand what is being done to my vehicle and what it will cost. I am also updated by phone as to the status of my vehicle. I couldn’t imagine getting better service, I am treated like a valued customer.
