CarMax was very helpful getting me into a much safer car in time for winter. The Salesperson (Josh L) was helpful and not pushy at all. I appreciate that I did not feel pressured by anyone and was able to take the time that I needed to make a decision. I also appreciate how helpful everyone in the business office was in getting financing sorted out. I definitely preferred CarMax over the experiences I have other dealerships.
I bought my Rava4in June and brought it in for an oil change. What wonderful service with the most polite staff Imhave ever met. They brought the car back within an hour and they even ran it through a car wash.

Nothing bad to say about this place AT ALL my sales person Jeff, was and still is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL responsive and respectful.. never thought I’d be saying this but I have a new car thanks to him and his team , I wanna make it well known that Jeff is a great sales consultant , knows what he is doing , on his off days. CARMAX hands down the best experience I have had buying a car since I was 17 over 30 years of buying cars. Ray did a great job showing me and letting me test drive 5 different cars. I went into CarMax not having any idea on what type of car that I wanted or what to expect. What I received was the best service and experience I have had buying any vehicle Highly recommend talking to Ray.
They were very helpful and trustworthy people for my daughter buying her first car on her own, very nice and no intimidation or pushing anything on her. It's so nice to know there are still a few used car salespeople that can be trusted!! Thank you Carmax
