The buying process started for me three months before I actually purchased the car. I was already leasing a 2015 Lexus ES 350. My lease was up and Chuck from Ira Lexus in Danvers gave me a call 2 to 3 months before my lease was ending.
Took the car in for service of the 60,000 miles the initial meeting with Dennis Pellegrino was excellent very professional… Took the loaner car and was told that we close early on Friday I was in able to pick the car up on Friday if I wanted to clean the wall… Arrived on Saturday morning at noon time in the car still was not really ready they said they couldn’t wash it because it was something wrong with the car wash… Waited 45 minutes for the car to be washed… What has happened to the services at your dealership been going there for years....The car was not even dried off when he finally arrived it was very very cold out I knew the car was just freeze it soon as I pulled it outside it seems like nobody cared first time I’ve ever experienced at it it’s your dealership will think twice about coming back
We got our car back with a much needed complimentary interior and exterior wash;)
I highly recommend this location for service.
They also worked with us on extending the life of the parts on our car currently, instead of pushing us to buy new parts.
Chuck was very very easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with lease options. He even worked with me to negotiate cost and features over email and text. Chuck and his back office team were great to work with even when I wasn’t the easiest to work with. I really appreciate the effort and time they put into making sure I was happy.

Great customer service whenever I visit IRA Lexus. Today turns out to be a really busy day so they ran out of loaner cars but they shuttled me to work in a timely fashion. Mike Walsh was extremely personable & made sure that he went over all the details of today’s visit. He went over a few items that will need to be covered on a future visit which allows me to prepare for these services. I bought a new Lexus two years ago since I’m comfortable whenever I bring my car in for a service.
Our service representative Tyna was great. We will definitely request her again for our next service.

I continue to be amazed by the IRA Lexus service department. I brought my car in as an emergency after a dead battery last night, just expecting to leave it. My service advisor Brendan (the best of the best) said he’d take care of it. A few hours later, I was back on the road with a new battery AND the upcoming scheduled maintenance completed as well. Brendan and the Techs know what real service is all about. Kudos from a grateful customer.
They are super transparent and provide a detailed report on what your car needs.
