Quick and friendly service. Ilana in the service department is respectful and knows how to do her job. Andrew F is a great mechanic, so I would suggest you request him to work on your vehicle. He is an honest man and that means a lot when you put your life in his hands. Manny F in sales is the best salesperson at IRA Subaru.
Repair was not planned, and car was a fire hazard. They made time for me and reported to me several times during the process. They had the part which is extraordinary considering the car is 14 years old. Very pleasant service personnel.

She worked with the technician Eric to ensure my car was ready as soon as possible to allow us to head out on our holiday road trip to see family. I️ trust leaving my car in their hands, and receiving reliable and good quality service. The wait times do need to be improved upon. This past time wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Acceptable. My previous two times were between 2-3 hours, which was really long... (Also, a note to management, employees should remind customers about leaving feedback up to ten points, but not say that they’d appreciate receiving the 10 point feedback. Customers should evaluate their experience, and not be influenced in their decision by Subaru employees. For the record, it was not the one who processed my car.)
