Had lunch there a couple of weekends ago. Saturday about 1pm. As the hostess walked us to our table we walked passed a bunch of dirty tables. Not a pretty sight! Our waitress was nice, but the chef kept coming out of the kitchen to deliver food. It was weird, he was in dirty jeans (gross), and dirty chef's jacket. It looked like he was trying to make up for the kitchen's mistakes. Our food took a long time and we had to leave, so I asked for the check. The girl that delivered the food asked if I knew my waitress name... what????? My husband ordered the rib eye, he had no knife!! It took about 5 minutes to get a knife. My rice was really old, but my husband's steak was awful! It looked like it had been boiled in the microwave. The meat which he ordered medium rare had no blood to it. It was white, like pork.. the mashed and the corn were disgusting!! My husband worked in restaurants for a long time and he really doesn't like to complain, but when the waitress asked us about our meal he blurted "the worse I have ever eaten" as I said she was nice and ended up taking everything off of our tab. She saw the gross meat and the fact that he barely ate it. One thing is for sure.. I will not walk into a Chili's ever again, even the TV commercials gross me out, because they remind me of our experience.. It's too bad I can't give it 0 stars!

This was back in October. Went out with family. My steak was so undercooked it walked off the plate mooing( ordered it medium well)... mashed potatoes and broccoli were soaked in the blood... same for my mom's steak. And my grandmother's nachos looked/tasted like they were under a heat lamp all day. I LOVE CHILI'S but this one.... the worst I've been to. None of us even ate the food, and manager only offered to split the price instead of not charging for the food we DID NOT eat. Like sorry for the terrible food on your birthday grandma...
