You will not find a better place with nicer people and amenities(free hot breakfast) at a comparable price
The room was a great size- with it's own kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was very, very clean as well. Another huge perk is the fact that during the BUSIEST weekend, Halloween- we did not have to wait long at all for an uber or cab.
Thank you to the staff at TownePlace for making my parents feel at home during their extended stay. So kind and accommodating. Also, the room is much more than we expected. Very clean and spacious. This place deserves the 5 stars. Thanks again, Stephanie Reynolds
Probably one of the friendliest staff experiences we have ever encountered, from check in, the kind white hair lady that politely sympathized with my tale of woe after a horrible six hour drive and asked, if there was anything she could do to help to incredible Hannah, who when our charger adapter when on the fritz, found us one in lost and found and always greeted us with a smile to the wonderful friendly staff that set up the bountiful breakfast bar.
Lastly, It is the perfect property if you have a pet. There is a nice walk area and pet owners clean up after the pets, which is very important to continued pet hotel locations.
The location and property was perfect for our drive to Beverly for the wedding we were attending. The room was spacious, clean and inviting
The woman at the front desk was wonderful! I think her name was Hannah. Upon checking into my room I noticed that there was a strong smell of burnt food that they must have used some sort of citrus air freshener to cover up. I'm very sensitive to those kinds of smells and it made my eyes water and sting. Since it was the weekend before Halloween, I wasn't optimistic that they'd be able to switch my room but Hannah was able to get me another room and was really pleasant about it. Great customer service! They even had an extra phone charger for me to use. Oh and being able to watch Netflix and Hulu in the room on the TV was an added plus!
I recommend this property as one of my favorites!
This place was great! Very charming and the staff are so friendly. My sister and I stayed here while we visited Salem. Mary, the lady working at the front desk gave us great recommendations for stores, parking and places to eat.

This is by far one of the best properties I've experienced. From the cozy, clean feel of the room, to the outdoor surroundings and to the INCREDIBLE professionalism and hospitality exhibited led by a team of dedicated associates, including my FAVORITE, Thomas and Lynn. Two malls nearby and many restaurants. Theres also a Trader Joes less than a mile away with easy access to rts 1 and 95. I will definitely be back!
