They are the most pet friendly hotels I have ever stayed at. There is no deposit, no extra pet fees nothing. Highly recommended when traveling with your pets. There is a puppy potty area with bags and garbage, very convenient. The room is basic, but best part was NO CARPET! best when traveling with pets. The room is basic, not much furniture but for the price we don't expect much. There was no soap and small towels. It's not fancy but relatively clean. Staff have been great so far. Have not had any issues.

First the room was so sparse that as we talked our voices echoed, no clock, no decent lighting (florescent doesn't give comfy light in a hotel room), no coffee maker, no toiletries, no comfortable seating, no wall decor at all, although it was a "NO SMOKING " room the bed covers had large cigarette burns in it and when asked for better covers to replace we were told there were no extras for us to replace the burnt one with, The room we booked was a superior king bed room. We wonder what a non superior room would be like There was no ref rig either, only a rack on the wall to hang coats but no place to put anything at all not even clothes, no dresser. The room rate posted at the enterence was $69.99 but we were charged $276.99 ($247.98 + $29.01 tax) for 2 nights. We have had accommodations at a much lower rate and have gotten much much more. This was the first time we stayed at a Motel 6 and was very disappointed. Even the "free coffee" offered in the lobby was far from desirable. Both mornings the coffee was almost empty (had to wait for the pot to be replaced to get 2 cups) and there wasn't even cream or milk only powdered creamer. From our experience Motel 6 has taken the cheapest way to do, give, serve, and treat their customers. Even the pool was closed, which we do understand needs to happen for maintenance but talking to people at the motel the pool has been closed for many months.

We flew 6 hours to Virgina to pick up my older sister and drove ten hours to Danvers. Shaun was the first person we met in your hotel after our long trip and he was completely rude. We asked if we could check in a little earlier, it was 10am and my receipt said check in at noon, and he said check in was at 3pm. It wasn't what he said but the attitude behind it. We then asked to use a restroom and he said not for the public. We paid for 5 nights in that hotel, which makes us customers. Personal opinion, I've worked in customer service for 10 years and as a manager. Knowing my employees strengths and weaknesses is part of my job, I would not have Shaun at the front desk, ever. He set the mood for our experience in your hotel.

When we got to our room it was not cleaned very well. It was a non smoking room but there where cigarette burns everywhere in the room and even on the extra blanket I asked for. Our room was never serviced when we were there, there was no sign for it to be serviced. Under the bed was not swept or cleaned, the bathroom floor corners were dirty with debris. Our trash was never emptied. I work as a facilities manager for public schools and this was not acceptable on our quality assurance tests, how does it pass yours when I'm sure it's more extensive? There was a booger on the wall next to the window. The bathtub was dirty. The pool was set up but we were not allowed in there. Being the time of year it was there were no other hotels open, if there was I would have checked out and left. Nobody should have to stay in those conditions. I was upset i paid 800 dollars to stay here. I hope my review gives you an inside view and opportunity to fix your mistakes. Thank you for listening.

Your motel is the only way we could afford the trip. It was amazing, the pool was great, the kids were in heaven. And thank you for allowing our dog that also made our trip possible. The blankets were nice and warm and the pillow was perfect.

The only positive thing i can say is other than the burnt bed covers the room was clean.

For the area it was the better however that came at a cost: the first room that we were put in smelled like urine. They quickly gave us another room which was fine. But for $150 per night I would expect shampoo conditioner, a blow dryer and iron and ironing Board which we had none of. Also there is one mirror in the bathroom only. When u have 4 women with one mirror it just doesn't work . Won't b back. On a good note the staff is very nice
