This is the worst customer service on planet Earth and the owner supports this kind of attitude. The waiter did swear at me, because I didn't leave enough tips for him. He was the worst service provider during our visit to this place, was grumpy and did not even try to listen to what we were ordering from him. Never ever go to the this place!
Absolutely horrific. It is left over, reheated food that isn't even hot. There were two people in the restaurant: me and another couple. They were complaining about the ribs - which were God awful - and the owner yelled, screamed and grabbed her arm AND wouldn't take the ribs off the bill. The police were called it was so bad. Please go somewhere else. No wonder there wasn't anybody in this restaurant. A B S O L U T E L Y H O R R I B L E !!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service! I went in to place a takeout order and the woman didn't even acknowledge me until I had to stare at her for while. She was making crab rangoons with no gloves on so I guess I was interrupting her. Then as I was waiting for my order I was on the phone and she said to me " not too loud we have customers here" mind you the t.v. In the dining area was extremely loud. She was very rude and I will never return here again!
