Our takeout order was completely screwed up. The food was severely overcooked. By the time we got home it was lukewarm to cold. When I arrived at the restaurant the order was not ready. I was never alerted when the food came out. She said it had just come out, but if that were the case it would have been hot by the time we got home. There are plenty of consistently good places in downtown Danvers. Giovanni's is too hit or miss.
Love the staff and food. Not too expensive. Great for comfort food.
