The office staff is great. I would highly recommend that they remove the automated answering when you call their office. It is very frustrating, no dental practice should have an automated system for you to be able to speak to them.
I've had a ton of kids... my own as well as ones I foster. There have been at least a hundred dental visits or dentist between them. NEVER have we experienced a dental office as well as staff as wonderful as those at Dr. Nick's office. They are amazing! The kids love it. Sometimes I think the kids make excuses just so they can go. They always seem to find ways to get my kid's and my friend's together for appointments so it almost becomes a fun day trip. Love it. Will never leave it if I can help it. I plan on letting all of my future foster kids experience this place.
not good at all. My wife bring my daughter to see the dentist today. The dentist has no patience. This is my daughter first time see the dentist, she scared and she cry. The dentist told my wife, he said "you have to let her clam down, I have another patient wait for me." After a while, he told my wife to find another dentist.
Stay away. Most staff at front are mean/rude. There is no privacy at desk. Hipaa regulations are broken daily.
