Everyone at herzog dental was amazing. They weren't rushed and took the time to really think about what was best for me and my teeth. They knew what my insurance would cover and worked with me to make sure I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The entire staff was so accommodating and the office was really high tech. After a lot of horrible dentist experiences this was a breath of fresh air! Made me want to actually come back every 6 months for my cleanings.
I have been asked several times if I recommend a local pediatric dentist. My reply has always been, Herzog Aesthetic Family Dental Care hands down! I usually go on about how they have these great chairs with a tv so the kids can watch their favorite show while they get their teeth cleaned, the staff is great with my kids and at the end they get a visit to the treasure chest! The other day my 9-year old daughter, Isabella cracked her front tooth. For a 9-year old, who thought she had lost her smile forever, this was devastating. For us as her parents, we had concerns about the longterm damage that may have been done to her tooth. Dr. Herzog and his staff scheduled Isabella for an emergency visit to get this taken care of on Columbus Day, nonetheless and set us all at ease. They realized immediately, that getting this little girl's smile back and restoring her self-confidence was a priority and a MAJOR emergency for my daughter. I recommend them to any of my friends and family, but also thank them for 'getting it'.
The dental service provided is great, but the office manager is terrible. She has a terribly difficult time sending paperwork to the insurance properly and she likes to try to bill you directly instead.
Worst thing that ever happened to me as I was given a medical procedure there and told that my insurance would cover it and find out that my insurance wouldn't cover it... this once again was the office manager
Julie was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. The office has state of the art equipment. Julies used laser dental cleaning involves the removal of tarter and calculus from teeth and under the gum line without using brushes or a curette, a tool that can sometimes injure other tissues nearby. Drilling is also not required because lasers can be used to shape teeth as well. The procedure is less traumatic to the gums than traditional methods of cleaning. Gums can also heal faster if any damage does occur during the laser dental cleaning. No noise is emitted by the laser either, and only air is required to control the temperature at the site being worked on. I recommend this office.
I always love to get my teeth cleaned and this last technician hygienist (spelling?) was awesome! Well Done!
