I accompanied one of my bridesmaids to this store to pick out her bridesmaid dress. My bridesmaid found a dress she liked a reasonable price which was awesome. However, she made an appointment to look at dresses and whenever we needed help trying a dress on (we needed the consultant to clip the dress since it was too large), the consultant was nowhere to be found and had actually double-booked an appointment with a bride. I understand that brides are a priority, but when I asked where our consultant was, the lady at the front desk didn't seem overly concerned that we weren't being helped. I guess we just never knew that they double booked consultants. The rest of my bridesmaids are using David's Bridal for their dresses; I hope they have a better experience.
I've now been into the Danvers location of David's Bridal four times for my wedding this fall: initially shopping with my best friend, bringing my mother back to see my favorite two dresses (and buying one that was incredibly affordable while also being beautiful), the alterations appointment, and collecting my fitted dress just this morning. During every visit, the staff have been not only helpful, but kind, funny, and approachable. I never saw myself as a bride, so wanted to keep the whole dress process as simple as possible, and all of the women in the showroom made that possible. It would be incredibly easy in the bridal industry to feel rushed along, and that never happened. This was a lovely experience. Thank you!
Absolutely wonderful experience! I purchased my bride dress and went back with my bridesmaids to have them pick out theirs. Great experience, extremely wonderful staff. I highly recommend Robert, she is amazing and will make your dress shopping experience amazing!
Everyone at Davids Bridal Danvers made my experience wonderful. From the nice lady at the front desk to my sales lady! Even the manager was helping me complete my look by adding the perfect sash! I would recommend the Danvers location to anyone! Quick tip, make sure you make an appointment! I didn't have one, oops, they accommodated me anyways but if they were busy I think I may not have been able to try things on.
After an awful experience at the Nashua location, we decided to give David’s Bridal another shot by driving 1.5 hours to the Danver’s location. It was totally worth the trip! The store was clean, the employees kind and approachable and Roberta, our consultant, was absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much for a great experience!
