Never EVER waste your money on their key quest "escape rooms". They cram up to six people in one closet sized room, and there are stupid doll parts all over the floor with "hidden" clues that DO NOT make any sense. The workers handed us a walkie-talkie and told us we can ask up to 3 clues. The employee would walk right inside the room and performed majority of the problem solving. It took the employee a while to unlock the padlocks which hold hidden "clues" and he told us that some of them are broken and are difficult to open. Inside one of the boxes was a flashlight. In another box was a plastic ear. There are pictures of clowns on the walls of the closet, and this has nothing to do with the mystery. Me and my family kept on pushing each other over and everyone gave up about 5 minutes into the 45 minute long "hiatus" because no one can see anything. There is really no escape, period because the door is left UNLOCKED. SIX PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY SHOVED INTO A PITCH DARK ROOM TOGETHER, AND ARE SUPPOSED TO FIND A KEY TO UNLOCK THE DOOR, PROVING THAT KEY QUEST ESCAPE ROOMS ARE AN INDEFINITELY WASTE OF MONEY. I only gave this place 2 stars because the workers made it seem like it was a 5 WITS adventure or spook walk. It was not. In exchange, the employees did us all a favor by allowing us to play laser tag if we payed an additional $20. We did that, and had a blast. I feel like this place is low budgeted dump located in the backside of a major shopping plaza. When me and my family arrived we couldn't find the place and we were driving all over the plaza. When we arrived the place was empty. I can't imagine how much longer this craphole is going to be here. I would rather go to a laser craze or 5 WITS LOCATED IN FOXBORO, MA. YOU CAN GO ON TWO LIVE-ACTION ADVENTURES FOR $25 completely worth every penny.
Pretty fun, decent size, good rules, just the people that go ruin it. All those 8 year olds sitting in one spot shootinf every corner or they go in a group and shoot each other for points.
We brought our students here after our initial plans fell through. The staff was welcoming and kind to our 53 8th graders. They even stayed open later for us! Such a fun time!
The place is fun and the staff is great. But it is crammed, getting old, chaotic, noisy. Laser craze is much better
There's a hierarchy of laser tag places here in Massachusetts, and Laser Quest is, no doubt, top of the list. The location, stealthily tucked behind the Endicott plaza, lends an air of mystery when you arrive, probably with a car packed full of teenagers. The $10 matches are mad-cap free-for-all bouts in a multi-level arena, with no "attacking the base" or power-ups to distract from the heart of laser tag - shoot everyone else, don't get hit yourself. While the arcades and snacks are sparse, the real heart is the bouts. Recently, Laser Quest opened an escape room experience, which I've yet to try, but looks really fun. Highly recommended to anyone within a 45-minute drive radius.
