My mom and I have been long time customers of Extra Space Storage and the fees were getting a bit high. We went in to see about moving to a smaller unit and Tanya was extremely helpful. Not only did she help us price out a smaller unit, but she also got our fee lowered for our current unit, as well. She provided all the information we needed and was super helpful. Everyone should go see Tanya, if you are looking for a temporary or long term storage unit in or around Danvers!
Can not get any better! Clean, friendly, convenient! Plenty of carts and the staff is very knowledgeable! I would not go to another storage! Extra Space Storage is the best!!! I highly recommend it!

I love this place . All the the people are amazing and very helpful. They have 6 carts which is very nice for people that have a lot of things :) I love this place:)

Tanya is the best manager ever! Not only does she know her stuff, she is willing and able to listen. She practices creative problem-solving with understanding and patience. I have liked this facility since we began renting six years ago, but Tanya keeps me wanting to come back. She is the BEST!
