Treated for severe laceration on my lower leg. Seen promptly (within 10 minutes) on Saturday morning. Extremely kind and professional nurse practitioner stitched me up and had me on my way within 30 minutes.
I do not know how I could have been cared for in a more kind, caring, skilled or professional manner. I thank the people with all my heart for their care, expertise, friendliness and respect. Sincerely, KF
Staff at urgent care eas awesome. Went in with leg infection was seen immediately. No waiting with their reserve your spot online. Went in at 2 was out at 3 and thay was after antibiotic thru iv. Cant say enough good things about this place.
Upon first glance this is a great place. Appointment made easily, Nurse practitioner was great BUT I experienced a bad reaction to the drug I was prescribed. Since they had my urine sample there, I thought fine, I will call and have them change the script. 8 a.m. I started calling. 10 a.m. again. I asked for receptionist to put me on hold and consult someone. Promised that no matter what, they will call you back. 12:00 p.m. again. 2:00 p.m. Again, promises were made that they would definitely call back. NEVER RETURNED THE PHONE CALL. Not acceptable.
I was in a car accident and needed to be seen. The x ray techs were the only ones there with any people skills. I got such poor incomplete treatment. Told them repeatedly that my arm hurt. They did nothing with it. Just found out that my arm was broken. I suffered for 6 weeks needlessly. At least the orthopedic doctor listened and helped. This hospital is horrible and I recommend you to go elsewhere if you want quality care. This place will never see me, my family or friends. We are all pretty disgusted.
