Huge selection of holiday decorations and lights. Clean store, yet not as many employees to assist customers with anything. I think it it's ludicrous to not have any human cashier's, only self check-out lanes.
Ordered a coat rack online 11/21/17. Promise delivery 11/28/17. This was a birthday gift. Birthday 12/2. Plenty of time. 11/28 comes I call customer service and they say “oh it got rescheduled for store pick up Saturday 12/2/17” .... I think ok that is the deadline for my present. Call in the morning and they say yep it’s being shipped there today. I get to the store at 5pm. The store says “we don’t get UPS deliveries on Saturday “ . I missed giving the birthday present on the day and look like a fool. Never mind going out of my way to the store. .... For a $127 product I will never shop at Lowe’s again. It’s a shame cause Lowe’s is located two miles from my house. Thank you for the terrible service.
I got a killer deal on a clearance/discontinued 5' x 8' rug for $30! Never be afraid to look through clearance. The staff was all very helpful in processing the change in price (originally $168!).
Called 4 times to get information on door installation and got disconnected even after explaining the problem to the operator (twice). On the last call she said the person I needed to talk to was standing right next to her, put me on hold for 3 or 4 minutes and I still got disconnected. I'm buying two entry doors and fully prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars. I guess some other retailer will benefit.
Terrible service with a washer/dryer. Their scheduling is dreadful and get different answer each time on when it will arrive. 16 days later and they still have no clue when I will get it. I have been given 3 dates so far which have all come and gone. Highly recommend shopping anywhere else, I sure will be. Never have these issues with home depot 1 mile down the road.
