Expensive gas & washes. Even with the discounted wash it's still too expensive for a car wash that isn't very good. The problem is the North Shore is starving for a decent car wash. Salem Car Wash is by far the best on the North Shore though too far for me generally, so I'd recommend Maddy's on 114 instead of this place if you're in Danvers.
I brought my car there for a car wash, and it was damaged during the wash. The staff has been nothing but unhelpful. including not telling me who they were insured by.
