Still the go-to place for electronics. Plentiful and knowledgeable staff. Good sales. My sales guy spent 30 minutes on the phone locating another Best Buy where I could pick up a laptop that is in short supply.
I have had 3 great experiences at Best Buy this year, causing me to now choose Best Buy over Amazon. I bought a smart TV, air conditioner and HP laptop. For each purchase staff was immediately available, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, steered me in the right direction and helped me figure out how to save money. I am happy with all 3 products!
Just bought all new appliances. Allen helped us. He was fantastic. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. It was very easy to boil down what we needed/wanted and untilmately bought. Thanks Allen!
Black friday was crazy with great sales got a ps4 and the staff handled the chaos well and were still helpful
Finding someone to help before I even purchased the computer was hard enough. Then it went from bad to worse.The last time I will use Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Three days to set up a computer, not done properly. Incorrect advice. The “track your device” status tab does not work for new computer installation but nobody tells you that. They lost power cable for my old computer. While installing the new printer on the new computer, they did not put the power cable back in the box. So now I have a printer with no power cable. Careless mistakes. Poor systems. Enough said..... This is a real shame. Four years ago the geek squad was excellent
