This clinic is a joke says opens at 8 called 7 times this morning no answer answering service answered once she didn't even know what clinic I was talking about worst ever going to another practice stay away from north shore physicians group doctors are pushing patients through in 10 15 mins not happy at all going to fire my doc and run fast away from these clowns
Was bullied to do unnecessary biopsies. It went on for YEARS until I was ultimately tricked into a pap smear and one of their docotors performed biopsies, cutting very painful procedures and ignored my words and crying in fear. I bled for WEEKS after they performed unconsented procedures destroying my body and assaulting and tricking me. Please beware!!!!!!!!!!!
I try to go next week, to give them one last chance. When I show up in the morning for my 3rd scheduled appointment at this point, I find out the new doctor I was scheduled with is not accepting new patients, and so he cannot see me for a physical. After 20 minutes of waiting at the reception desk, I find out there is no one in the building who can see me and I'd have to reschedule again. But instead of rescheduling through their system, they informed me it would be faster to start from square zero and call their new patient number to start the whole process over again. I will be starting the whole process over again, but with a different medical office this time.
Office staff are horrible. The front office staff are not helpful at all. They have no manner of courtesy and respect of patient.They can send you home without being seen.I will definitely give a ZERO out of 5 if I had a option.
I've had very good experiences with my doctors! I have had a myomectomy and a c section and was very pleased with both! Thank you Dr. John Gelinas & Dr. Nathan!! I also loved the other doctors on call while I had my hospital stay at the birthing center and for my pregnancy check ups.
Who would've thought it would be so hard to just get primary care physician? Should be easy right? Well, not at North Shore Physicians group. Months ago I tried calling them to get a new primary care physician - I didn't really care who, just needed a new one, as I was new to the area. They schedule me almost 2 months out - ok, sure, I don't mind waiting. Day of appointment comes and the doctor is sick and they have to reschedule - ok sure, stuff happens. They reschedule me for a few weeks later (rather than immediately), with an odd time slot in the middle of the day, and when I showed up, guess what? Absolutely no record of my rescheduled appointment. They can't see me even though I'm already there, and the best they can do is reschedule for next week, with a different doctor.
