My "second home". Price/value can't be beat if you have the need for the quantity involved. Having a freezer helps greatly. Best deals: rotisserie chicken, cilantro shrimp, bibb lettuce, any meats, especially steak and lamb, Belgian candy (this time of year), avocados, frozen shrimp. Many more. Top U. S. retailer of wines.
I go to Costco weekly. Typically I visit the Everett location and love it. Every time I visit the Danvers location I find myself leaving in a worse mood than I went in. From the parking lot to check out, there are few smiling faces. Most recently I had an awful experience checking out with Glenn. He had zero patience and treated the check out like an interrogation. He also lacked any sympathy for someone checking out with a toddler and showed no patience. A follow up call to the store produced all the expected platitudes, but I didn't get the feeling I was understood.
Best of the best. Costco has the best deals and best quality items. I switched from BJs to Costco because Costco treats their employees with dignity and respect. Customer service is also amazing.
A nice store with very courteous employees that will eagerly help you. It has a good selection of product that changes with the season's as you might expect. We can shop and usually get in and out quickly. A minus is their parking lot. It is usually crowded, also you stand a good chance of dodging shopping carts. We love the quality of the meat we find there and also the fish is always fresh and of good quality.
Store is clean. Staff was friendly but not sure where items are located. Limited candy selection but gas is a great price.
Don't let this reflect on the excellent service at the package store from George. The only reason I'll return to the location.
