Called to simply ask for information on an estimate for replacing a fuel door on my VW - was transferred 6 times before got a woman who then told me she was the only person in the office before I could even ask her my question. If this is how they handle a call, I don't trust them with my car.
I had a great experience here! The work was done ahead of time, the staff was friendly, and I would highly recommend them. I also drive a Honda CR-V that I got from Kelly as well. Overall, they are a great company!
