Refused to honor McDonald's coupons at McDonald's. Way high priced and not worth what you get. Also storefront was extremely gross with overflowing trash cans (to the point the garbage was running out of them)and dirty tables
Food was good. Hot, fresh. Ample condiments available. Pretty messy in the dining room.
Food tasted fine, but our orders were completely wrong. They came running to our table to correct the order knowing it was wrong before we did and the changed burger was still wrong. The other burger they said was correct was only half way to being correct they didn't add the sauce that was ordered, but they did remove the pickles and mustard, but they didn't even put ketchup on so the burger was tasteless. Burgers are so greasy you need a bib to eat them without ruining your clothes. At least the employees were nice. This was just before 5pm on a Wednesday.
service was horrible. sweaty men not in a uniform running around yelling at customer and complaining about bring short staffed. refuse to bring our food to the table. good was mislabled $4 shakes couldn't even be bothered to mix them. paid for extra whip cream didn't get it. at the end $36 for 4 burgers so sloppily put together they were unedible and 4 milkshakes that were undrinkable. less than 1 star wasn't an option provided
I had 3 big Macs and large fries and enjoyed every last bite cuz it was so fresh. I can't wait to go back tonight to have my 3 quarter pounders yummy.
