Isn't is always a charm to receive not only good customer service but a pleasant attitude. I was in a predicament about getting my son's bike repaired and had no transport to get 2 bikes to the shop. I call and spoke to the owner and after figuring out a few steps, he was able to come to my assistance the day after we spoke. I would say that this was an instance of above and beyond for admirable service, and from here on end, they have my complete loyalty all because they showed me by their actions that they really do care about their customers!! The end result was, I got my bikes fixed just in time for a sleep over for my son and on his 15th birthday. What a happy ending :-)

Awesome shop with very helpful staff. Ordered a bike and they had it shipped, assembled, and added a couple of accessories all NEXT day. Made a young boy very happy on his birthday. Have purchased the entire family's bikes there and never have been disappointed.
I recently bought a new mountain bike from them which I've had some issues with. Each time, they contacted Trek directly for me and took care of the warranty issues and got the bike back to me ASAP. One time they even took a brand new rear wheel off a same model bike on the floor for me because the replacement from Trek was back ordered 2 weeks.
My family has been shopping at Western Cycle since I was a child. I have continued to do business with them and have purchased bikes for both myself and my kids there. Jaime and the guys are always helpful and are quick to diagnose and fix issues for me. I do most of my own repairs, but if it's something that I'm not comfortable with, I always bring my bike in to Josh over there, who is a great mechanic!
